Horizon NMS covers multiple vendor installations, end-of-life equipment with 24 hour technical support and advance hardware replacement.
Columbus, Ohio, April 15th, 2008 – Horizon Datacom announced today the launch of Horizon NMS (Network Maintenance Services), a complete suite of network support services that provides comprehensive coverage for the refurbished network equipment that Horizon Datacom sells as well as existing network hardware currently installed in a customer’s infrastructure.
